My birthday was July 1st and my mom surprised me with a delivery. When it arrived it was melted, fruit was in the bottom of the bag, marshmallows were melted, chocolate melted and was liquid all on the bottom and the fruit was soggy. We refused the delivery and when we looked out realized they do NOT deliver in a refrigerated van like they say, it was the trunk of a Toyota.
Basically ruined my bday present. Will never order anything from them again!

I agree with this they take your money and devlier in a car truck, even the tracking says your order is being delivered in a refrigerated truck it in the trunk of a Toyota with a kid in the back seat eating lunch. What a disgrace. I work in a very large bank and tell everyone who listens not to order from there. I even show them the pictures we took.

Edible Arraignments at 140 Adelaide Street in Toronto, I order a fruit bouquet for my daughters birthday July 1/12, when it was delivered it was delivered from the trunk of a Toyota Corolla with a child sitting in the back seat eating her lunch, the chocolate was completely melted off the fruit and the marshmallows were melted as if they were roasted over a fire. the arraignments had some kind of brown liquid in the bottom of the bag I can only assume was from the melted chocolate and the marshmallows on the stick was hanging down in the bag.
Still Waiting for a call back on my many inquiries

The owner of this store owns more than 5 stores. the service is awful, the product lousy as well as delivery.. the employees make up excuses and lie to other franchaise owners about the status of
deliveries. My daughter was to receive one for her birthday in the morning , it arrived at 5 to 5 in afternoon. It was so bad she walked the 5 min from her office to the store where she was
promised another one the next day if she picked it up.The item
was even worse the next day so she refused it again. The store employee told her the delivery charges were refunded the day before and her whole purchase would also be refunded to her Mother's credit card. Well guess what the Visa statement came in and the whole amount was charged. Now we have to start all over to get our refund. The store in London ont. was wonderful but has to rely on fellow franchiase owners to send the product. What an embarrassment this store and its owner is to Edible Arrangements Inc.

When I entered your store to order a bouquet for Valentine's day I was advised they couldn't guarantee delivery before 4pm or even that day because of huge volume. Businesses took priority over residences....maybe they could deliver it the next day !! Wow...one of the busiest days of the year and you can't hire extra staff to accomodate your customers.

Last year my bouquet arrived 2 hours after my wife left her work place after being told it would absolutly be there by 2pm.

I've told my friends and co-workers about your great arrangements and some of them have placed orders over the past year and all but one of them have had complaints about your delivery service.

Time you guys woke up and smelled the coffee....

Recently my Dad was in the hospital recoveing from heart surgery. A fellow patient in the same roomrecieved on of these baskets and shared it with everyone. It was the most wonderful gift idea I had ever seen. It was appealing to look at and after major surgery a wonderful healty snack that the recoveing patients all enjoyed. Amazing idea and nothing is wasted!!!!!!!
