Our basement had several exterior leaks. They had to bring in an excavator and dig around the base of the house. They were very pleasant and professional. They fixed the foundation to prevent future problems. The ground was put back in and tidied up. I think they did a great job. They even worked on a weekend to get caught up due to the frequent rainy weather. I would recommend for future work..

Update as of 08/04/2026: maintenance crew for routine/preventative maintenance was polite, professional, performed a deep cleaning and test work up on the system and once again left a happy customer with a happy sump system!

Update as of 26/09/2022: the battery backup system they sold me has endured Hurricane Fiona and the days of rain afterwards. Battery light still isn't indicating any troubles!

Quote and installation for an in-ground sump pump system were quick and professional. Estimator made sure to lay out the fixed cost of the system and ensured that I understood how costs could escalate if digging conditions were unfavorable.

Install was quick and successful.

Technicians responded quickly when the unit floats stopped triggering the pumps and made appropriate adjustments to permanently fix the issue.

All parties spent the time to make sure I understand the system and maintenance.

Very impressed, would use again.

This is the second time I have had aquatight basements and have been very happy with there service! They do great work are fast and clean up afterwords. They respond to calls and emails fast and come to you home within a day or 2 !! Highly recommend 👌

They came for an assessment and were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately my issues were siding and window related which is something outside their wheelhouse. But they didnt charge, came on time and were very professional.
