I would give ZERO stars but there isn’t that option. This place is terrible if your actually sick . They do their job without a care in the world and can’t do anything right. If you have anything but a cold there clueless on what to do.

Over booked lack of concern for need to see my primary care Dr. And informed then I needed a antibiotics for chest infection that won't go away. 3 months is to long to wait.thats pretty bad. Had this doctor for 40 years or so now Northwestern is over booking there staff
