I made a call yesterday, 18th of november 2013, asking about a hot tub i had brought eight years ago from Home Depot. a man named Nigel took my call. and spent 20 mins trying to help me.Why am i writing this.
He solved all my problems, when no one else could, he seems to know everyone in the business, my next Hot Tub will be from Canadian Spa Company. Thankyou so much Nigel.

I honestly can’t remember better after sales service in my 55 years . It was a pleasure doing business and I dearly thank you Nigel for your patience during our troubleshooting together. I have already recommended Canadian Spas to the people I work with telling them of my 300% satisfaction and for all the reasons why. You can expect more business from the Saskatoon area. The quality of the tubs is superb but your assistance was even greater
