I wish that 0/5 was a possible rating. This company should be avoided like the plague!! -- Inexperienced plumbers; numerous missed appointments; unexpected/unnecessary costs I had to bear [because they broke one of my toilets, incorrectly declared one of my toilets to be irrepairable (when I solved the problem myself using Javelin Urinal Treatment); and their snake wasn't long enough to clear a clogged sink drain]. Their management cancelled my Home Comfort Plan (based on allegations they claim they received about me from a plumber) while denying me my right to discuss those false allegations with them by their refusal to provide me with ANY details concerning those false allegations.
