The company over all is a good company. I am dealing with them for almost one year. Their service and support team are great but when it comes to buy new Add On for their software for example RF license for ProVision WMS they charge $6000 for 3 RF users while you will get it for unlimited users if you talk with them in the first time. Make sure to talk about the licensee pricing and all other Add On prices upfront and once you purchased the software and later if you want to buy any Add On they will charge you based on the size of your company. If you are big company they know how to Rip you Off but if you are small company then they might give you some discount but I recommend to talk with them first about all prices.
