Beyond disappointed. Unprofessional/unhelpful staff.
Was told months ago I could not resign up as a patient as they were not taking new patients, that's understandable.
Then a few weeks later I received a message to schedule for my annual. Which was very confusing because I was told I could not schedule with my doctor. So I call and ask what is going on. Apparently it was a automatic message sent and that they couldn't do anything for me. I asked to be off the automatic list as I am obviously no longer a current patient. About a month later I then decide to look at the site to see if any other doctors are available because I need an appointment. So, I actually find my preferred doctor and schedule. I get a call shortly after informing me that this Doctor won't see people under 35, which is odd as that was stated NO WHERE on the appointment scheduler. They were supposed to cancel my appointment. This was back in November.
NOW today (Jan 1st) I get a message about confirming my appointment in 5 days. Which is another interesting screw up on their system. As I was informed that I couldn't have this appointment that I am getting messaged about. I call and the receptionist has no idea what's going on nor can she manage to tell me. It's like she didn't bother to listen, she tried to repeatedly tell what I ALREADY TOLD HER. My appointment was not cancelled.
This place is an unorganized and and extremely unprofessional HOSPTIAL. I wouldn't trust my health care with these people because they don't care about you nor will the listen.
Providence for profit not the people.

Heartbreaking experience. I’ve been struggling with unbearable back pain and reached out to this office several times, hoping to get help. Each time, I waited patiently, only to have my appointment canceled on the very same day when I went in. It’s incredibly discouraging and makes you feel like your pain doesn’t matter. No one deserves to be treated this way when they’re already suffering. I expected compassion and professionalism, and sadly, I found neither.
