From planning to production, every part of Acrylic Depot’s operation clicks together like gears in a perfectly oiled machine. They’re effective, efficient, and impressively reliable. I threw them curve-ball designs, and they delivered on tight timelines every time. They tackled my ambitious designs with the enthusiasm of true artisans—experimenting, iterating, and refusing to quit until they nailed it—and still with incredible efficiency.

No other manufacturer I worked with could match their quality or speed on unusual custom jobs. I would not have been able to deliver my product on schedule without the wonderfully dedicated crew at Acrylic Depot.

Beyond their craftsmanship, working with Alex and Wanda is simply delightful. They are genuinely friendly, thoughtful, savvy, and enthusiastic. They can manufacture fun from any challenge; every interaction with them left me with a big smile and heightened spirits. Excellent customer service. I worked with Wanda to get some acrylic strips made for a kitchen project. She was quick to answer questions and got it fabricated quickly. Price was good. Would recommend to others and will use again.

Excellent customer service! I required a custom-made plexiglass box cover for a work of art, (the previous frame was damaged), and the staff, Alex & Lilia, were incredibly helpful. They are knowledgeable, professional and their friendly approach and guidance was sincerely appreciated. The work was completed promptly, the newly crafted frame fit perfectly, and the quality of the craftsmanship is to be praised. Definitely highly recommended and thank you to ALL at Acrylic Depot/A. Good product, but poor attention to detail and quality control. Item was to be cut to 24.75-inch (as shown on sales order), but got home to discover it was 24-inch. Called to say "hey you messed up" and see what they would offer. It amounted to; "thanks for your feedback".
I traveled from Barrie area. Given the distance, I think a more appropriate customer-centric response would have been; "I'm very sorry, we will credit you for the error".
I guess if you plan to order from here, check your item very carefully before leaving and don't expect any sort of customer service if they mess up.
