"We had Shane inspect 2 homes for us. Thanks to him we dodged a bullet on the first home he inspected for us because of all the issues he found. We bought the second home he inspected based on his report. Some issues but easy fixes. He takes his time inspecting then writes a thorough report, including pics and videos, and emails it within a day or two. Buying a home is one of your biggest purchases in life. If you don't have your home inspected, it can cost you big bucks down the road. Pay now or pay later. We highly recommend Shane at Lake View Inspections."
