I’m so grateful to have found a dentist who truly listened to my concerns and found solutions that finally brought me relief. I had been struggling with TMJ pain for a long time, and Dr. Hanna and Ricki went above and beyond to help by recommending Botox treatment and creating a custom NTI appliance for me. Their knowledge, care, and willingness to tailor a treatment plan to my needs made such a difference.

The Botox has helped ease the tension and pain in my jaw, and the NTI has been an amazing addition in preventing clenching and reducing discomfort. Throughout the process, the dentist and staff were compassionate, professional, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way.

Annette was really good and did an excellent job with the cleaning. However, the dental office itself was very disappointing. They told me it would cost a certain amount, but when I checked with my insurance, I found out they had actually charged the insurance company more. They also tried to make me pay extra out of pocket even though they said the insurance would cover the cost. The cleaning was extremely expensive, and when I asked why, they gave vague excuses and refused to give me a copy of my X-ray results. Overall, very untrustworthy business practices — which is a shame because Annette was great.

Dr. Hanna was professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Susan, the dental hygienist was thorough but incredibly gentle, which we really appreciated as someone who’s a little nervous about dental visits.

Every Dental Office out there is accredited with professional services. This office outshines every other place for one simple reason: culture. Their motto is family oriented. They value being honest and personable with their patients. You can feel it. You walk in(on time ;)) and you’re greeted and seated promptly with kindness. The staff actually cares. Yes they’re human and could have a long day, but they’re still are invested, in your teeth, your wallet, and your respect. They offer dentist AND orthodontist services. Do not waste your time anywhere else. (apparently they have a gold medal for Invisalign! don’t know from who but yeah…)
