Our therapists are licensed and highly trained professionals who help clients with many different types of issues including relationship struggles, stress, grief, life transitions, concerns about children and teens as well as addiction, trauma, anxiety and depression. We know how overwhelming it can be to reach out for help, but our administrative staff will listen to your concerns, recommend a therapist with the right experience and get everything ready for your first appointment. We accept health insurance and are in-network for the following plans: Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Tricare, Medicare, Medicaid and Value Options. Our staff will check your benefits and find out the cost of your sessions. If you do not wish to use insurance or are out-of-network, we will work with you to get a plan in place.
