Horrible experience, this explains why we never see cars around the building. First the app wouldn't allow me to process my order. Go to restaurant, or so it's called, to place order. Couldn't give is the whopper special because we didn't order online. We tried to, received an error and couldn't do we got screwed out of the promo. Whatever, place order and come home. I open the bag to 2 burgers, when I ordered 1 burger and 1 chicken sandwich. The onion rings were cold. The burger that was wrong was stone cold! I refuse to go back to town and have my husband's meal get colder to get the right sandwich. Another error on my end. That was THE WORST THING I have ever tasted. The fake flavor of fake bacon was so intense and disgusting that I had to spit it out. So..... do fast food workers in NY state deserve $15/ hour? Do the managers deserve to have their jobs? Does anyone there care anymore? I say you're giving your employees way more credit than they deserve. I don't believe management there deserves $15/hour! When there's barely any cars in the parking lot and no one ahead of me or behind me in drive thru, there can't be any excuse in the world how you mess up an order that badly that you completely miss one of them should've been a chicken sandwich. And how do you not notice your holding a stone cold sandwich?????!!!!@@
Here's my suggestion... give it up and close your business! If you can't take care of the few customers that you do see, why do you bother to stay open?
