I'm a Texas native when I came to this Burger King and was craving an actual burger. This Burger King was the only Burger King that had authentic Whoppers and had authentic meat in their burgers. I was satisfied!! The bathrooms are clean and they don't have someone randomly using them, the restaurant itself is super clean! The staff is friendly, but they genuinely make you feel that you are welcomed and feel at home! Definitely be coming back here!!

The food is always good and fresh, the employees really are great, especially when it comes to making it right if they mess something up or take a long time. I have no complaints. The old staff weren't my favorite, but seems like they got a good team now!

I visited Burger King Store #4817 at 700 Northway Drive in Anchorage on July 18, 2026, at approximately 4:47 PM. My order came to $10.08, and I paid $10.10 in cash. My receipt clearly showed that I was owed $0.02 in change, but I never received it.
This isn't about two cents—it's about honesty and principle. If your restaurant doesn't keep pennies, then either adjust your prices or use a fair rounding policy. Customers shouldn't lose money simply because the store doesn't have the proper change.
When I politely told the cashier that management should either adjust the pricing or round in the customer's favor by giving a nickel instead of keeping the customer's money, he didn't acknowledge my concern. Instead, he simply shut the drive-thru window in my face, turned around, and walked away.
The poor customer service was more disappointing than the missing two cents. A simple explanation or apology would have gone a long way.
I hope management reviews both its cash-handling policy and the professionalism of its employees. Treating customers with respect costs nothing.

Wait in the drive thru with 2 cars in it for 20 minutes for items to STILL be missing. Park, walk inside to get the rest of your order and be ignored by the 3 employees working up front. Finally get everything go to eat and find the onions on your no onion labeled burger LOL. This place needs to be put out of it’s misery. Also love the do not park here sign by the entrance, which obviously always has someone parked there because you messed up their order!

Idk who y'all got working the speaker lately but can she do dishes or scrub toilets? Why would she take my order half my order and not even put it in the system before walking away??? With that trash attitude I won't be coming back.

I said, please no pickle on the cheeseburger and extra sauce on my rodeo burger.
I asked for the cotton candy drink and was offered the cola, I said no thank you and ended up paying for it anyways.
Tell me why I received 2 cheese burgers with the biggest pickles. One bun was barely holding together it was smashed so bad!!!
