I have visited this location many times, and unfortunately, almost every visit has been a negative experience. I repeatedly encounter rude and unprofessional behavior from the employees. Instead of being helpful and respectful, they often seem ready to argue with customers. Their attitude has made several of my visits very stressful and has negatively affected my day. Customer service should make customers feel respected and welcome, but sadly, that has not been my experience at this location.

If I could give zero stars I would. Came early in the morning and asked a simple question about if an item was available and was met with a lot of attitude. The staff worker was not professional whatsoever and started getting frustrated and sighing. Once we pulled up to the window she even left the card machine dangling out the window. I understand it’s early in the morning but there is no need for attitude especially since I was being really polite.

I had a great experience today at Tim Hortons! Omar and the rest of the team were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. Omar went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect, and the whole staff created such a welcoming atmosphere. It’s always nice to see people who genuinely care about customer service. Keep up the amazing work!

Went to grab a coffee at this Tims. They almost gave us the wrong order. Thankfully we checked for them and got what we ordered before we drove off. Arrived home and opened the lid of my coffee to let it cool off a little bit, only to find this was in the cup. Glad I opened it. I had to use sieve 2 or 3 times to get whatever that is out of my drink. Spent money on this large coffee so I'm gonna drink it and hope there is nothing else left in it. LOL. That sucked.

“Not satisfied with this chicken wrap. The tortilla wasn’t grilled properly and looked dry and broken. It didn’t feel fresh or well-prepared. A good wrap should be warm, slightly crispy on the outside and neatly pressed, but this one looked rushed. The taste was average, but the texture and presentation really need improvement.”
