Dr. Flippin is a native of Searcy Arkansas and attending college at Harding Univeristy, also located in Searcy. He attended medical school at U.A.M.S. in Little Rock AR.H He then moved to Jonesboro AR to become a specialist in the area of Family Medicine, training with the physicians at the residency program, AHEC - Northeast.
