In past years, most of Maine relied primarily on oil or electricity for heating, cooling, water heating and manufacturing. With the construction of two major natural gas transmission lines from Canada through Maine during the late 90's, all that is changing. By tapping these lines and building safe and reliable local distribution systems, MNG is offering communities access to natural gas for the first time. Read more
