For your convenience, we bill most insurance companies directly. Dr. Garzon participates in the “ Eye See…Eye Learn” program. Call us to learn more about how students in Junior Kindergarten across Ontario, can receive a free pair of glasses estimated at over $250.00. Children rarely complain of vision problems, many are not aware that their eyes are posing the problem. Most children believe everyone sees the world like they do. The “Eye See…Eye Learn” program was developed to raise awareness among parents of the importance of having their children’s eyes examined before starting grade one. About Me Dr. Garzon got his degree of Optometry at the University of La Salle, School of Optometry and Vision Sciences in Bogota, Colombia in 2001. After settling in Canada and completed his studies at the University of Waterloo - School of Optometry- International Optometric Bridging Program, established his practice in the cities of Hamilton and Burlington (Ontario).
