They were great. I had an old stain in my white couch from years ago they were able to get it out. It was a very timely job gave them a call they came out the next day. Had the couch done in less than an hour.

We had a great experience with Dr. Carpet in Costa Mesa. Brandon did an excellent job cleaning the carpet in our apartment, especially with removing some stubborn pet stains that we thought would never come out. He was professional, friendly, and very thorough throughout the entire process. The carpets look and smell so much better now. We really appreciate Brandon’s hard work and attention to detail. Highly recommend Dr. Carpet if you’re looking for quality carpet

Brandon from Dr. Carpet did an amazing job cleaning our sectional after a party and getting out some wine stains. The couch looks so much cleaner and fresher now. He was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Definitely recommend Dr. Carpet!

Service was wonderful and professional. I had a bad accident where my dog messed up my friend’s carpet while I was staying there and I need a quick service before I left. Luckily Dave was great. He came and made my friend’s carpet look brand new that same day. I really appreciated that. All I can say is great service and customer service.
