Very bad experience with arrow furniture.cx services on the phone very bad no one care.some of the furniture I received Is damaged and when I reported it's take for ever to some one to call back.i will never buy again and I don't suggest any one to buy from There.

I bought a sofa set. One of them was delivered broken and stained. Called the customer service just offered to fix it refused to provide me with another new one . Talked with the manager and he said we can only fix it. I asked to refund my money and return the purchase and he replied with very bad attitude " this is what we have"
The worst experience ever !!!

I bought a leather reclining sofa from Arrow Furniture. After only a few weeks the foam padding that it is stuffed with began to depress and compact which caused the leather on the surface to look wrinkled and saggy. Obviously the manufacturer chose to cheap out on the quality of the foam and did not used a good quality of high density foam which would not have depressed and compacted so easily. My couch looks to be ten years old instead of a few months. I am very disappointed to say the least. Shoddy workmanship and poor quality of materials in the assembly. Very, very disappointed.

I recently completed a major renovation and purchased new furniture for my dining room,kitchen and family room. Israel worked with me and helped me choose the furniture and fabrics as well as all the accent pieces. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient and he saw my vision and helped make it come to life. The furniture is well priced and great quality as all chairs and couch are extremely comfortable. If I didn't see anything in the showroom that I wanted to purchase, Israel would send pictures of what he thought I would like. He came to the house numerous times to measure and ensure that all the furniture would fit perfectly. He also brought a drapery person and recommended other tradespeople even though he gets no commission for this. I am thrilled with the service and the product and have received rave reviews from family and friends. Thank you Israel and Arrow furniture for helping my vision become a reality!

Jerome and Lloyd delivered furniture this morning, I was approaching the building with my 7 year old grandson, Lucas when the truck pulled out. The man came out of the truck and said hello to Lucas. Lucas and I had just come from a game of tennis and Lucas was carrying the rackets. Jerome introduced himself and talked to Lucas about tennis. Then, he proceeded to go into the truck and he gave Lucas 3 tennis balls. The child was so happy, hugged Jerome and thanked him. I was so appreciative of this act of kindness. We went into my condo and Lucas asked if we could give Jerome the banana bread that I had made for him. We wrapped it up and found Jerome. At this time, we met Lloyd who was an equally wonderful person and also kind to the child. We all hugged and off they went to their next delivery. In this world of turmoil, it warmed my heart to have met two such wonderful people. Lucas said, "Other than my family, they are the two nicest men in the whole world."
Please, ensure that management reads this and let's Jerome and Lloyd know that they made a littlle boy and his grandmother happy.

Jeff Ware the manager was such a big help he came out to our house took measurement and designed a perfect sectional for our living room. Wow Im really surprised by some of these reviews. I had a great expierence granted I spent only 630 bucks on a coffee table, end table and lamp. But they were so nice the only store I didnt get harrased by no-nothing salemen. Jeff at Mississauga location gave me great service go and see for yourself. There the only store that has good quality at good prices. Go dont go I dont care as long as this site donates a $ to charity. Keep up the good work

Bought about 4 grand worth of stuff for our home and filled 3 rooms. We cant stop getting compliments from friends and family. Arrow delivered on time and 1 minor service issue was taken care of right away. Would definately recommend.

We bought a dining table in April 2009. Got it delivered in June 2009. Table and chairs were all scratched and poorly finished. We called the Service Manager and she said she will repair it. Imagine buying something new and have it repaired right away - It's not new anymore. Anyway we accepted. They came took the table and 3 chairs. After 2 weeks they brought back the table with 1 chair. The left 2 chairs behind. AND still some scratches on the table tob. Now we are August 2009 they were supposed to come and deliver the 2 chairs + repair the table in our house. We waited for 1 hour the guy never turned up.....
What a "service" ! Using the word service in that situation is a disgrace in itself.
I would advise people not to buy from Arrow Furniture....the product and service is not professional at all...Soon they will have to close down..sorry to say that.
From April to August they had our money but we never had a chance to use the table TILL NOW!

Furniture ordered here was delayed by a month before delivery. I wanted to cancel as the wait was too long, company refused to give full refund. Used company policy as an excuse to not give refund. Refused to provide a firm date of delivery. Buyer beware.
