Even though we don't live in Chicago, we do visit our family there quite often. We keep a car there and we have insured our car and our condo with Andy Herrero's State Farm office for many years. It feels so reassuring whenever we have a question or a doubt about something and we are able to call, speak with a "live" human, without having to go through prompts or having to leave a message after listening to a recording. This week I spoke with "Carly" and she was pleasant and knowledgeable and quick to explain what needed to be done. She made it easy for me.
So glad to know that the "human touch" still exists!
