It was so fantastic to experience real customer service. I was adding coverage with my existing insurance provider (the emu) and they transferred me 5 times and still never provided me a quote. One call with Alba and they got me a quote. As a bonus, making the switch saved me money. I highly recommend Jenny Masters and her team.
