Joni has been our agent for almost 17 years as I have been a SF insured for 40 years, since I got my drivers license.
Joni has always been amazing but recently her and everyone in the office has gone over and above for my family. We had significant damage due to a tornado and when we had some problems with claims not only did and her staff step up to help but they also listened and empathize with us not only for the issues with claims but what we had through due to the weather event.
Claims was so bad we talking about switching insurance but Joni is so amazing and customer service beyond exceptional we are going to stay.
We appreciate her and highly recommend.
And don’t let claims sour you if have a great agent, like everything else, there are some outstanding people at their jobs and there are people who aren’t. We just happened to get bad claim handlers as I know there are also very good one.
