I purchases a sofa in 2009 with the exact same issue as the previous complaint. We paid for an upgraded leather which was a waste of money. It is very difficult to get Ferretti to even call back and discuss the situation. They are a very arrogant company who only want to make the sale. Do not purchase any Ferretti products.

Recently purchased Dunway sofa and loveseat, upon opening plastic packaging immediately noticed scratches (fingernail rakes) across two of the cushions.
Ferretti states natural occurs in leather and will not repair.
If natural they we expected that this piece of leather would be used in a less obvious location and not on the front cushions. Scratches don't appear natural as there is not dye in the scratches which seem to indicate they were produced after tanning process.
Very poor customer relations, will not be recommending Ferretti to any friends
