We’ve had a few storage units over the years. Of the 4 companies that we tried, Green Storage has been our best experience thus far. Their customer service is above excellent. They made it easy for us to move units as we slowly downsized content.

The service and customer support have been very good. However, the continuous increase in monthly fees is becoming a concern for many long-term customers. While incomes remain unchanged, rising costs create financial pressure and may lead customers to leave over time. I hope the company will consider maintaining stable pricing to retain loyal customers.
In today's economic environment, customer retention is essential for long-term success.

Had such a great experience at Green Storage! The staff were incredibly patient, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. They took the time to answer all my questions and really tried to find the best option for my needs instead of just trying to sell me something. You can tell they truly care and always think from the customer’s perspective. Their kindness and professionalism made everything so much easier. Did my initial rental online, and came in today to do the final check-in process. Everything was handled smoothly and seamlessly. I received a bunch of goodies part of my check-in process. The team at this location is super professional and knowledgeable that Mike was able to answer all my questions.

Just got our storage thanks to Mike, David, and John. Mike was friendly and very accommodating. He gave great instructions for how to access my unit, where to park, and how to get in and out. He met me after his shift ended to help me check out and answer any last questions I had. The space is clean, the temperature was reasonable on a hot summer day. The only issue I had was loading elevator 2 had faulty buttons. I had to hold down the #4 the whole time otherwise it would not move. I got stuck in the elevator for several minutes until I figure this out. Good thing I'm a pro at escape rooms!

Update 9/12
The elevator button was never fixed and ended up completely broken for the 4th floor despite my earlier comments. Other customers I spoke to also found this issue. One of two exit gates is also broken and has been several weeks without repair. I am moving soon and don't want to have to use an elevator on the other side of the building.

Update 9/15
The elevator button is fixed although it was replaced with a different button altogether. One of the exit keypads still remains broken.

Update 10/27
The exit keypad was repaired sometime in the past few weeks. Mike is friendly and helpful as always!

This was my first time experience with Green Storage, and this location actually exceeded my expectations!

The office and the storage facility are conveniently located and the staff - Michael and Mike are absolutely amazing. They have been extremely helpful and supportive, providing appropriate guidance and recommendations. I really appreciate the customer service.

The unit is very well maintained, is spacious and even has shelving inside for more convenient storage.

Highly recommended for all your storage needs in downtown Toronto. That said, as I am aware, this chain has multiple locations across GTA.

This business is great. Very clean. Helpful staff. Great inventory of moving supplies. Prices are below market. Legitimately the best moving and storage business I have seen in Toronto. The store operator even played with my dog. Definitely recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Micheal at Green Storage Toronto, and I can honestly say the experience was outstanding. Micheal was incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable.
