I’ve had a unit for a year, the staff are okay but there seems to be some confusion with the hours. I was told when I first rented that they’re open everyday from 9-5. When I went there on Sunday they were closed and the voicemail greeting said they’re open 9-7 M-F and Saturday 9-5. I went there today (Thursday) at 515, and it was closed.

There’s also a lot of garbage near my unit so every time I go there I need to shove some random items out of the way.
