“Radford Doors & Gates has been a reliable partner for our facility. Their team is responsive, professional, and knowledgeable across our commercial overhead door installation project. They communicate well, show up when expected, and work hard to get issues resolved correctly. We’ve had a very positive experience working with them and would highly recommend Radford to other facility and property managers.”

Do you ever do something and wish you did it a long time ago? Well, that happened today. We had been having a lot of trouble with our garage door. Redford Doors was referred to me and boy am I happy. Rick was awesome. Explained everything to me. Put in a new opener on the spot and it is unbelievable how well the door works now. I never thought I could be so excited about a garage opener. Top notch product and service!

Radford made a beautiful custom garage door for us several years ago and it makes the front of our home look just perfect -- we love it! But where Radford really shines is with their customer service and garage door techs -- we do a yearly tune-up to keep the door in top shape and for the past two years, we've had Rick as our technician. Both times, he has explained to us what needs to be done and how he's going to keep everything running smoothly. He is helpful, detailed, and patient and we appreciate his skills very much!

My garage door spring broke this morning as I was leaving for an appointment. I called the company I've used for years and learned they'd been bought by Radford. The woman I spoke with understood the emergency and juggled appointments in order to help me. Service tech Louis showed up 4 hours later and fixed it quickly. He was wonderful. We are very happy with our "new" garage door company.

Superb service from start to finish. Well appointed showroom and knowledgeable staff made it much easier to choose the best garage door for our remodel. They came out and measured before finalaizing the order, saving us lots of potential headaches by finding we had a non-standard door size, and followed through with a great installation experience. We will be using them again without a doubt.
