This place is great if you need to buy a roll of tape or a box, but make no mistake, if you're shipping something, you may as well use a drop box. On 2 separate occasions, I have delivered UPS 2nd Day Air shipments to this location, and on the second business day, the packages have still reflected a pre-transit status. If this is the business model, fine, but at no point do they advertise nor communicate this. Absolutely horrible. Unless you want a roll of tape. They can handle that.

I called and asked if I gave dimensions and weight if I could receive an estimated shipping cost. I was told that she had two people in front of her so she couldn’t help me. When I asked if she could call me back, she recommended that I call back later and maybe she would be free. If I was the owner, I would want to know how staff was answering the phone. To me, this is not good customer service. I will find somewhere else for my shipping needs.

Great service, fast and courteous. Mr. Tom, Ms. Christy and Ms. Angie were very helpful and kind. Thank you very much!

I use this place almost daily and every time they are polite and fair. They have everything I need for packaging and if they don’t they either get it or tell me where I can find it. 5 star isn’t enough!!

Love using Postal Annex. Convenient location, clean store and their customer service is fantastic; very personable, happy and helpful. Love to peruse their little Knick knacks as well while I’m in, as do my kids, and they always have a little sucker jar for them which they always look forward to. Will continue to use them for my postal needs!
