So I rented an Inogen One G3 from Liberty for a week. Then I rented it for another week. I didn't want to return it. So they sold me a brand new one at a discount! The representative who helped me, Logan, was so sweet he even brought the new unit to my house and picked up the rental so I didn't have to drive to the retail location. He did it on a Saturday so I wouldn't have to wait until Monday until my son could take me to get my new machine. I was so thrilled. So when I read the other review, I had to chime in.. because yes.. the customer service is superb!!

Wonderful experience from A to Z. The staff did everything from the time I made contact. The got the Rx from the doctor, sent me a quote, and had the portable concentrator shipped to my door the very next morning. This was an emergency situation. Thank you all very much!!
