I gave them my husbands Versace suit......which was worth 3500 and they ruined it. Instead of removing spots from it, they added water spots everywhere. And when I talked to them about it they told me that it was there before and that I didn't see it. Than they went on and on about how the industry works.....I don't care about how it works......I just want to get my suits cleaned. Than they said that they can try again, but time I have to sign just in case the suit gets damaged......that bs. They still made me pay at the end of a 25 min conversation.

I will never go back here again......no customer service skills at all.
