Poor quality cleaners...i put my brand new king bedspread in for cleaning...it was given to another customer after it was cleaned as it wasnt tagged correctly. It was returned back to the cleaners by other customer, re cleaned and now the batting is in lumps and totally krinkled....not happy at all.
