PNC Bank is a truly good bank for me.

Banking services these days are evolving into customer service without counters. While ATMs inside the bank serve as counters, there is only one in the lobby, which can be inconvenient when there are two or more customers at once.

I have also used this ATM to deposit cash and had no problems. However, most customers are more accustomed to interacting directly with people than with ATM machines. In this era where artificial intelligence and machines have become commonplace, it is difficult to distinguish what is good and what is bad. Aside from getting used to the new banking system, I have not experienced any difficulties so far. I hope the day comes when we no longer have to encounter living robot androids saying "WELCOME" at the bank entrance. I have become accustomed to the kind service from the people. I am grateful for everything, and I am also grateful for the service.

Made mistake of making cash deposit at ATM-and had cash taken by machine. We reported immediately, then had to wait 2 weeks to have cash put back into our account !!! So, I go into a PNC a week later to make another cash deposit- because I will never use their ATM deposit again.. to find out they don’t even accept cash there. They told me I could use an ATM. … like the same one that robbed me before? Ummm.. No Thanks! Time to change banks!

Awful! This place has the worst customer service. I called in with a problem that I needed help with and the guy was so rude and completely unprofessional. He refused to actually help me and had the nastiest attitude while answering my questions. He lacks empathy and you could tell he didn’t care about my problem with my account nor did he have any interest on trying to help me fix it. He even implied that the situation was my fault. If you can go somewhere else.

This bank location no longer has tellers. Can not make a withdrawal over the ATM limit. It's just a big ATM now.
