I brought a BCBG dress to them dry clean only. The lady called me and told me that my dress bled the black to the white. It was ruined. I went to pick it up and she blamed the quality of the dress. I took it to BCBG and they couldn't believe the mess it was in. She remembered when I bought it. We looked over the dress and I realized it wasnt black that bled through. It looked reddish not black faded on the white. And there were brown spots on the inside of my dress looked like brown dye. Besides the reddish blotches all over the white there was this brown dye too!! I took it back to them but she continued to deny a mistake on their behalf. Continued to blame BCBG. Nothing was done. Now I have a new dress thats ruined. It was a 300.00 dress.wasnt junk.
