I brought a leather jacket to repair a small thread loosing below the pocket. She chose a different color and thickness, and then ironed it so the leather had cracked. After that 'repairing' it was ruined completely. Jacket was worn just a couple of times.
Forgot to mention that when I told the owner that she owes me money for the ruined jacket she and her husband started yelling and calling names, insulting me up to the point I had to call the police. The worse experience ever.
