I was cool with Wells Fargo, until someone stole my personal information and tried to deposit a mobile check. Mind you, a mobile check that didn't have my signature on it. Wells Fargo blamed me and closed my checking account. An account that I never made a mobile deposit in before, an account that was only 3 months old. An account that I only received my work direct deposit into and only did business inside the bank. I didn't give anyone my bank information bc I'm not stupid, and yet they blamed me for a transaction that I knew nothing about, and only found out when they sent me an email stating that my checking account will be closed. So u fair.

Best experience I have had at Wells Fargo. I was opening up a new account after a couple of years and I was greeted when I came in by a really nice lady upfront. I was then introduced to a personal banker, Ashley and she was so kind and welcoming. She helped me with every aspect of what I was confused on, and helped me choose the right bank account for my situation as a student. This made me feel comfortable and excited to become a customer at Wells Fargo again. I 100% recommend this location as the customer service is amazing!

Honestly have not had great experiences with Wells Fargo in the past but would like to say that Megan Andersen went above and beyond to help us. She explained everything in a way that we could understand without judgment and was able to work calmly in a stressful situation. I’m very pleased with her performance and will continue to do business with Wells Fargo because of her . Wells Fargo seriously needs to give this woman a raise.

After our reserved and confirmed appointment at the Main Street, Greenwood branch couldn't be honored because of a lunch mixup, we travelled to the Greenwood Bypass branch in the off chance someone could accommodate us. An employee on his way to lunch saw us trying to get our bearings and delayed his departure to offer help. He then connected us with the branch manager, Bridget Wood, who listened attentively to our needs then rearranged her staff's schedules to fit us in. Furman Miller was extremely knowledgeable, personable and attentive. He explained every step, managed all the details big and small and didn't let us leave until our app was loaded and Bridget had personally walked us through its important functions.

Service like this starts with leadership - it is clear that Bridget has fostered a staff culture that stresses real-time attention to customer needs. I left with the firm impression that our banking partnership was in excellent hands. Thank you!
