Had wool slacks cleaned and the pant liner turned gray.
Also I asked for starch in my shirts. She says okay. Get shirts and no starch. Check ticket and starch was not circled.
Finally asked for two cotton pants to be cleaned and pressed with a crease. I repeated this instruction twice and she annoyingly said "okay okay" (meaning: stop bothering me). Get pants back guess what? No crease.
