I have a cream colour leather vest that I had not taken care of very well. Some areas looked grey. I went in and talked to the manager to get his diagnosis. He assured me he could do it but it would take a couple of weeks. It came out looking as good as new - I had not realized how dirty it really was! I was extremely pleased! The fact that I had a coupon for 50% off was the icing on the cake!
