Like the new bill select wish we had more then 3 🏧 2 downtown and 1 middle of town. Need one by Albertsons and Walmart would make life easier if we had those location easier to access our money

I was scammed out of over $4,000 by a website I was requesting to rent a vacation rental on. I immediately filed a claim and explained what happened that this was a bad scam and fraudulent charge etc. they told me there was nothing they can do because it was a third party company who took the money. I’ve been a customer to Wells Fargo for over 10 years and it’s completely ridiculous that they refuse to help someone get their money back or give a chargeback to my account for the amount I was wrongfully charged. So thank you for not helping, and not supporting your customers with a fraud/scam for not hundreds but thousands of dollars and they didn’t make it right.

I had a bad impression of the service at Grants Pass branch, but I recently changed my mind. I went to the drive-through window and wanted to pay my credit card, but I forgot my bill. Mathew helped me with the payment by using my ID and even refunded the $20 I overpaid. It's great to have such an honest employee at Wells Fargo, and he deserves my five-star rating. Thank you Mathew !
