I sent a coat in to be dry cleaned that had only been worn a few times the season before when it returned to me 4 days later it looked awfull.Wrinkled,misshaped lining,looked like it had scorched from over heating,and to top it all off NO *%#@* BUTTONS. When I asked what happened to the buttons the lady just laughed and said oh they must have melted or did you take them all off???????She offered to find some buttons but I must pay to have them put on and also wait to get my coat another week. Needless to say she was not paid for the horrible job they did on this coat and I am considering taking this further and having them replace this coat as the lining is so out of wack it no longer sits right. USE AT OWN RISK HOWEVER I WILL SAY"I TOLD YOU SO" when it happens to you!!!!!!
