I’ve had mixed experiences at this Wells Fargo branch. I’ve come here to purchase some checks, and was able to get them quickly, and the clerk was very nice and courteous. However, the most recent time that I went, I went to get some documents notarized, and they had me sit in the waiting area for about 15 minutes before informing me that they didn’t have a notary public present. As such, I would say that if you just need the most basic bank services, that this location is fine, but for anything even slightly more complicated, I’d go to a different branch.

I’ll give it a zero star if I can been with Wells Fargo for nearly 3 years they close my account without noitcie took my online banking info before my account even closed when I use this account for work and personal useage couldn’t even give me a clear explanation to why saying buisness purposes when y’all had a whole scandal going on for decades I’m surprised this bank is still even open with all these people y’all have as coustmer smh screw Wells Fargo and who work for such a bs company

This is the worst bank branch I have ever set foot in. You never know who people are... I waited 45 minutes for a banker and no one, no one even greeted me. Another woman walked in right behind me and one of the bankers took care of her right away, although I had been standing there. I waited another 45 minutes and got no help. I took my business to the Garners Ferry branch where I was helped as soon as I walked in. Assembly street.... get some new reps, and have better customer service, and I work in customer service!

This is by far the worst Wells Fargo I have visited. I’m a business owner and unfortunately have to frequent this location regularly for change and check deposits. Everytime I come in, there is a line a mile long and I spend 30-60 minutes waiting for basic banking services. They also have shut down their drive through. I’m standing in line currently, wasting my valuable time, writing this review. I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over a decade for multiple companies. Every visit, I sit here wondering why I give this company my business when they clearly don’t care to provide any level of customer service, and weigh the other better options. They obviously place profit above customer service to the detriment of the very people that keep them in business. If it weren’t for other, better run Wells Fargo locations, my banking needs would be fulfilled elsewhere.

Awful experience. Never once had a bad experience at a Wells Fargo until visiting this branch. Bankers were uninformed and provided me wrong information. Also, quite rude and dismissive. Left distressed because I was unable to get what I needed. I am a student, so within 10 minutes of getting in contact with my home branch in another state my problem was solved and I found out that what was told to me at this Columbia branch is not a Wells Fargo Policy, it’s a branch policy, contrary to what was told to me. Don’t come here if looking for an educated banker, any other Wells Fargo would probably treat you better.
