We hired this company to blow insulation into our attic last year, over two visits. The invoices they gave us were paid promptly -- invoices which state that the work is guaranteed for one year. When it became evident to us over the winter that there was still much heat loss from our roof (entire sections where snow melted). I requested that they return and fill the gaps that were left. Over a period of four weeks I sent three friendly and respectful emails. I asked them to return, to complete the job, to honour their guarantee. My emails were ignored. Then I telephoned and left messages for them to call us. None of my phone calls was ever returned. I feel I have been extraordinarily patient.

Now we have to go to the trouble and expense of hiring another company to finish the job they didn't do.

I would never hire this company again because not only do they not honour their guarantee, but the rudeness in not acknowledging any emails or phone messages is insulting, unprofessional, and unacceptable.
