I've been to this place multiple times for no good reason other than habit. Their attitude is horrendous, which I accepted at the cost of convenience, not realizing that there are at least half a dozen cleaners in the area that can do a better job with a much better attitude.
The last straw though was recently, after being 4 days late on the date of delivery they promised for a vital event, then lying about their timing, then still requiring payment when they should really pay me $$$ for the new suit I had to get because they screwed up, I realized that I would never go there again and suggest to others to do the same.

I asked them to alter my jeans, to make them slimmer *gradually*. So they ended up making my jeans look like breeches, baggy hips, tight at the bottom. Also, i really can't stand the attitude of that young guy, son of the owner. Very antipathic dude.
