⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Exceptional Service from Laura at Rexall – First Canadian Place

For several years now, Laura has been my go‑to Beauty Consultant at this Rexall location, and she continues to impress me every single visit. She has patiently guided me through the vast world of skincare products and routines, helped me choose the right fragrances, and even advised me on hair‑colour options with genuine care and expertise.
Laura deserves real praise for her friendly demeanor, her outstanding product knowledge, and her overall dedication. She consistently goes above and beyond, and it shows in every interaction.
If you want a truly wonderful shopping experience, ask for Laura by name. She is a standout professional and a tremendous asset to this Rexall location.

We’ve came with tricky ask there to get a pack of ice in downtown. And staff was super helpful even though they didn’t have what we needed, they suggested a bunch of options and even checked that another Rexall had what we’ve needed so we finally found the ice.
So grateful to this lady!

Laura in cosmetics went above and beyond this morning. She was so determined to help me find product even though it was outside of her department. Talk about great customer care.

I had such a great experience at Rexall thanks to Justin, the pharmacist. He was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me. Honestly, most pharmacists usually stay behind the counter, but Justin actually came out into the aisles to guide me and make sure I picked the right medicine.

His recommendation was spot-on, and you can tell he genuinely cares about people not just doing his job, but making sure you feel supported. After doctors, pharmacists are the ones we trust the most, and Justin really proves why.

We need more people like him around. He’s honestly one of the best! 🌟

Well stocked store with some prepared food items right at the front. Has 3 self checkout kiosks.

Updated review April 2021: Got my Covid-19 vaccination here. The two pharmacists were so welcoming. Terrific service with a smile. Highly recommended.
