I used Etched in Stone to do some work around my pool area for over $5,000. The area looks bad and it is all flaking and peeling. I have contacted Lorne Koekkoek and he is not returning any phone calls or has had the decency to come back and repair his crappy job. I am extremely dissapointed with his lack of business ethics. If you use him hold back at least 75% of the money to make sure you are satisfied with his work. Trust me he will not return your calls or stand behind his work. BEWARE!!!!!
