I swear customer service means nothing anymore. I put in shower in app it said 0 customers in line. Waited 10 min I go in. Some lady by office looked at me then disappeared. Waited by cash registers for about 7 min, I see ppl walking from shower area. I asked a few ppl are the showers open they all said all the doors open. Two employees were talking to each other by the travel side. So I go up to them and ask what is going on with the showers. He goes oh we are cleaning the women’s bathroom so if one is open just go pick one . Like you open all the showers to the public knowing truck drivers need their showers. Remind you full families was coming from the showers. I find a shower, used towels wad in there. I discarded it in hallway, grabbed my own towel from cart. Communication would have went a long way but instead they had us truck drivers looking aimlessly. With no direction. 3 stars because this place is always clean for the most part. And subway is always fresh. And I obtained a spot at 1130pm the night before.

We're so patient and kind as my family were trying to figure out what they wanted to eat. We had grumpy kids, and they were kind to us.
They were fantastic.
Also the bathrooms are clean.

Decent gas station location, able to easily navigate with a truck and camper. Facilities were clean and good selection of convenience items. Gas price was reasonable.

Bathrooms were clean. The pump kept saying see cashier so I went in and payed. Pumped extremely slow then had to go back in to get a receipt because it was out of paper. Half of my "fresh" Cinnabon was to hard to eat

Not the biggest Pilot truck stop, the parking lot is quite cramped, but the showers are clean and the store is bright and spacious.
