Attended a bday party on a Sunday (5pm-7pm) and the experience was pretty good. Obviously not busy at all because school is the next day so the kids had the park to themselves. Giving 3 stars because the park does need some updating. You can tell it’s been there for a while and seen some stuff. One of three hoops was was broken and some of the steps on the rock climbing wall were missing. The garage was atrocious. That first right could wipe out your car by the planet fitness, the pole doesn’t help much. Not the parks fault but you should be aware
regardless.

Park was great, 1 staffer was absolutely terrible. She consistently singled us out for wearing skyzone grippy socks while other people wore socks with no grip whatsoever, than per our wrist band color made us leave 30 minutes early even though we paid for an hour and half. 0/10 never going back

If I could give 0 stars, I would.
I went to Altitude for my niece’s birthday party, and the experience was honestly terrible. The staff was extremely rude from the moment we walked in. They were yelling at our kids over the smallest things instead of guiding them respectfully. We brought our own drinks for the kids because we don’t drink Pepsi or coke , but they aggressively took it anway from our tables and were told we had to return them & but Pepsi from there 7$ each for a 2 liter bottle . Uh

The entire birthday setup felt rushed, like they just wanted us in and out as fast as possible. The environment didn’t feel welcoming at all. The staff seemed irritated, aggressive, and ready to argue with anyone who asked a simple question . definitely not the type of energy you expect in a place meant for children and families.

I would not recommend hosting a party here. Save your money and go somewhere that actually treats guests with respect

Lots of fun for kids and adults. Kids had fun and enjoyed their time there. You pay per hour. And you enjoy. Some trampolines can make you bounce high or low. The foam pit can make you get stuck, but people can help you get back up again. You can have a birthday party there. They make you sign a parent waiver before you go inside. Overall, it was a good experience, and the kids enjoyed it

This is a new location. The prices were affordable. They have a snack stand, lockers, cubbies 4 footwear, eatting area, and an area for just toddlers. The bathrooms were cleaned for my visit last Saturday. My children enjoyed the entire park. The floor does offer dodge ball, and a small race game. Waivers must be sighed for all those jumping.
