I personally did not go to drop off some equipment from Xfinity but someone went for me. I will ask her how they treated her.
I am thinking that they treated her nicely because this is the way people should be with each other.
I have not rated this location yet until she comes back.
She let me know that Xfinity staff was real nice.

Trash customer service. I left the city and state in july 2025 and just was reported to credit bureaus for not paying September and october 2025. I was on autopayemts-they stopped because my service did. You let this happen, charged 2 people for the same account and did not take any facts into consideration. Liars.

Xfinity is a scam. I canceled my service. They kept billing me. They locked me out of my account. I could not remove my payment method. I had to block my own card to stop them. Then they sold a fake debt to a collector. I fought it and won. Do not trust this company. Read the other 1-star reviews. Same nightmare, different customer

I canceled my internet in January and I am still being charged. When I call, they say I don't have an account. I can't get a human on the phone. What is going on!

Edit: I talked to someone on the phone for over an hour. I have been locked out of my account, I cannot change my payment methods or remove them, and I was told that I cannot have access to my account. I do not have internet with your company any more, and am completely unable to change any charges they wish to bill me for without my consent. I was told if I come in store, they will not be able to help me access my account. This is an absolute grift. I have contacted the BBB, and if they continue to try and charge me without my consent for wifi services I do not have any more, I will be consulting with a lawyer.
