He served his residency at Broad Street Hospital. Dr. Geltzer is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and is a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Rapoport is also board-certified in foot and ankle surgery. He earned his degree in Podiatry at the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine and completed his residency at Moss Rehabilitation Hospital.
