had water leakage in my basement and called City Wide to come out and inspect what was going on. Patrick came out to the house, efficient and explained fully in detail what was going on with the foundation for me. Appointments were scheduled and the workers/team/Dillon were all great!!! The workers that came out to complete the project were all great!! I highly recommend using this company for any unexpected repairs that need to be done! The entire team was beyond a 5 star!!! They did a fantastic job. We spoke to Patrick Misko about our concerns in our cold cellar - moldy smell, water coming in. He was great -very knowledgeable in explaining everything in detail-the inspection, process,, and implementation. They kept me informed with each step and answered any questions l had. They kept the work area clean and safe. I would recommend them 💯.

With the extreme weather in the past few years, we had had a couple instances of basement flooding. James and his crew were prompt to respond to our inquiry, then provide a quote and set up the work. He kept us updated on the process along the way, and we then had him look at a window well drainage issue, as the original installer didn't tie the drain into the weeping tile. James was also able to rectify this issue for us. We would use him/his team again for any future needs applicable!

During a flash flood in March, water began leaking through the floor in one corner of the house, near the sump pump. I contacted several contractors, but James was the only one who accurately identified the potential issue. He was transparent, honest, and provided an informed assessment of the situation.

His crew was friendly, professional, and resourceful. After excavation, they discovered a major problem—a missing connection between the exterior weeping tiles and the sump. They quickly implemented a temporary fix, and James promptly followed up to plan a permanent solution. The foundation work was completed with minimal disruption and at a fair price.

On the second day, two crew members stayed until around 11 PM to ensure the job was done properly. Throughout the process, the team remained professional, supportive, and focused on doing right way . I highly recommend working with them.

We hired Citywide group to do our waterproofing and replace a window well on my parents house. My parents don't speak English. Tony was nice and set up a second meeting so I could be present. He explained the process clearly and which materials he would use. My parents we're happy with the work that was done. The basement is now dry and ready to reno. My parents are grateful to Citywide group waterproofing for having quality employees.

What an amazing team of people! We had sold our house in the early spring and found a pretty decent size leak in the basement. Tony knew right away what the problem was and had Jamie come out to inspect. He had a quote for us right away, showed picture examples of what they would need to do(dig down and repair). Gave the lifetime warranty for the new home owners which they were so pleased to have being a young couple, never owning a home, it was worrisome for them. The team also fixed another crack in another area outside of the home they found that I had no idea was there, but it was soon to be a problem.
You guys rock! Thanks Tony and Jamie and the team of men for the great work!

again city wide came through . Tony was very prompt at giving me a quote and job was completed within a reasonable time,as we had a timeline for tenant to move in.Workers were very clean and professional.
