This clinic is supposed to open at 5:00pm. You would expect a doctor to be there at 5:00 when it opens.. apparently not. One of the doctors who was supposed to be there did not show up until 6:25 pm. apparently he was coming from Hastings.

The receptionist/Manager was very quick to make excuses to the patients who were wondering why no one was being called in if the clinic opens at 5:00..saying the "The Doctor usually doesn't get here until 5:30 - 6:00 so.. you will just have to wait. Otherwise you can go across the street to the Hospital and wait 5 - 6 hours instead...

Customer service and respect for the sick people waiting was non existent.
