I wanted to take a moment to share some very positive feedback about the recent waterproofing work completed at my home. From the first phone call through to the final clean-up, the experience has been excellent.
Mike Martelli set the tone from the beginning. During his on-site visits he took the time to investigate the problem thoroughly, explain what he was seeing, and walk me through the options in a clear and practical way. His approach gave me a lot of confidence in both the recommended solution and RCC as a company.
Monica Lim has also been fantastic to work with. She coordinated scheduling, handled changes, and answered every question I had quickly and clearly. Her communication has been consistently professional, organized, and friendly, which made the whole process much easier on my end.
On site, Adrien, Curtis, and Jay did an outstanding job. We recently had our waterproofing completed after our basement flooded, and I can’t say enough good things about this company. From the initial quote to the completion of the project, the level of customer service was exceptional.
Mike, who came out to assess our home and provide the quote, was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to explain exactly what he found, what work needed to be done, and why. The quote was detailed and transparent, and there were absolutely no surprises or unexpected costs when the job was finished.
The crew of five worked tirelessly over two full days, excavating two sides of our home. They were professional, respectful, and incredibly hardworking. Throughout the process, they showed us every crack they discovered, explained how they would repair it, and kept us informed every step of the way. Their attention to detail and willingness to answer questions gave us complete confidence in the work being done.

Garbage company. They have the worst customer service. If you actually want to company come to your house this isn't them.
You are lucky if they ever get back to you or send you the estimate that they keep saying that they will. If you love having to chase people down to do their job then this is the company for you.
I had a tech come in to give me an estimate. I had to chase him down to receive that estimate. Then I had to chase down the company to get the estimate for the sump pump motor that the text said he was sending which he never did. This has been frustrating.
I've worked in customer service for a very long time. And I can take a hint. I'm moving on to find a company that actually wants my business and is responsive. God forbid I ever did get a job done with RCC and needed to call in the warranty. Good luck to anybody out there who's using them.

The crew arrived early. They laid out a plastic ground sheet to contain the displaced earth. The wall where we had the leak was completely sealed. The job was completed by mid afternoon. This job was performed on August 25, 2025. So far, the basement has remained dry.

We hired them after our basement flooded due to a crack in the foundation wall. An agent came first and assessed the situation internally and externally and gave us a good quote and they were here within a weeks time. The team came in the morning and started work right away, they were very thorough and after digging down to the foundation they lined our exterior basement wall (about 25 ft across) with a solid membrane. In 2 days they had completed the job and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting basement waterproofing. They did an awesome job and we have no more leaks into the basement.

We hired them after our basement flooded due to a crack in the foundation wall. An agent came first and assessed the situation internally and externally and gave us a good quote and they were here within a weeks time. The team came in the morning and started work right away, they were very thorough and after digging down to the foundation they lined our exterior basement wall (about 25 ft across) with a solid membrane. In 2 days they had completed the job and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting basement waterproofing. They did an awesome job and we have no more leaks into the basement.

Quick and efficient.
The work crew were helpful when I had questions and left a relatively clean area after digging up all that dirt. They even came back the next day when I saw a tiny part that wasn’t as I expected, so it was fixed within an hour.
Jeffery was my main contact and help explain options before I made the decision to go for the full exterior fix.

I wanted to take a moment to share some very positive feedback about the recent waterproofing work completed at my home. From the first phone call through to the final clean-up, the experience has been excellent.
Mike Martelli set the tone from the beginning. During his on-site visits he took the time to investigate the problem thoroughly, explain what he was seeing, and walk me through the options in a clear and practical way. His approach gave me a lot of confidence in both the recommended solution and RCC as a company.
Monica Lim has also been fantastic to work with. She coordinated scheduling, handled changes, and answered every question I had quickly and clearly. Her communication has been consistently professional, organized, and friendly, which made the whole process much easier on my end.
On site, Adrien, Curtis, and Jay did an outstanding job. They were always welcoming and professional, took the time to explain what they were doing at each stage, and never made me feel like my questions were an inconvenience. The work area was kept tidy, they were careful around the property, and they carried themselves like people who take pride in their work.
